As a faerie, Artemis is essentially one big vessel of magical energy. This will be very obvious to any characters who are prone to noticing that sort of thing, so feel free to have your character pick up on it. If yes, is there any specific impression that he would get from them?: The 'divine' wavelength is the sort of thing that drives ordinary humans insane if they came into contact with a strong enough source of it, but his is more or less trace and isn't even noticeable without tuned senses. If he can sense the not!magic, it's very powerful fire, lightning and raw physical enhancements.

If yes, is there any specific impression that he would get from them?: Eilonwy's powers are vague, though she's descended from the "Sea King" and her ancestral castle is on the water, her family magic is also described as "good" as opposed to like, evil magic. She has the potential to be very very powerful, but has never been trained and quite recently gave up her magical birthright to save the world from greater evil. What she doesn't know is that her weapon in Exsilium will give that power back to her, which is a tiny golden ball that she's never without. It mostly just is a tiny glowy ball, but it is an ancient artifact of great power

If yes, is there any specific impression that he would get from them?: His magic comes across as sort of wild, but also there's a creature in his head that he channels it through, a Chimaera. He can probably sense that. Also as with Haruto Souma above, he controls the magic with magical rings and a belt.
Anything else?: The belt eats magic though it hasn't been doing a lot of that lately.

If yes, is there any specific impression that he would get from them?: As noted, she's demon-blooded, and that's obvious. The sword is very old, very powerful, possesses elemental powers and an odd protective nature. And is intelligent in and of itself even before the Initiative boosts. If he concentrates, he might realize the intelligence is because there's actually a formerly-living soul entwined in the blade and all its magics.
Anything else?: She has a panoply of various magical items of various kinds, most of which can be worn without too much suspicion, but she might just be freaking glowing in the dark to him, comparatively, with her gear. (go go gadget high-level D&D character)

But please don't call him out on it without running it by me ooc first, for character development reasons. Even just an ooc note in the tag of "it's getting pretty hard for Artemis to talk around the elephant in the room" will do.

The only "magic" his bandages have is that they are his Initiative-granted weapon. I imagine that registers (if at all?) in a completely different way.
